RCT specializes in providing sanitary and environmental engineering services to the public sector. An expanding staff brings an extensive resume of experience to the firm. RCT is capable of managing projects from conception to completion of construction. We have performed feasibility studies, policy analysis, technical reviews associated with large scale environmental projects, evaluated water distribution systems, evaluated wastewater collection and transmission systems, designed wastewater treatment plant yard piping layouts , prepared construction documents, submitted permit applications, administered bidding and construction, and observed construction.
Some of the recent projects RCT has undertaken are expansion of a solid waste transfer facility, a new community center , redevelopment of a downtown/harbor area, expansion of a wastewater collection system, improvements to a water distribution system, and water and wastewater treatment plant improvements. RCT has provided continuing professional engineering services to the City of Riviera Beach Utilities Department , the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County , and the City of Fort Lauderdale.
We are proud of our contributions to the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration project , through our work with the Restoration, Coordination, and Verification (RECOVER) Project. Our capabilities also include environmental assessments and wetland mitigations and delineations.
RCT experience also includes projects such as the Tolt Water Treatment Facilities and on-call consulting for Sewer and Drainage Engineering services for the Seattle Public Utilities and the Hidden Lake Pump Station Upgrade or Replacement project and BrightWater Wastewater Treatment Plant for the King County Department of Natural Resources in Seattle , Washington.
