Participated in Preliminary Study Report and Master Plan Report. Engineer of Record for the Civil design for the 3-mile pedestrian foot trail, multiuse trails and boardwalks creating an ecological pathway for the public. Permitting pending.

CDM – Palm Beach County. Sand Drying Beds Study

Prepared Conceptual Design and Cost Estimate for adding a Sand Drying Bed Facility at East Central Regional Waste Water Treatment Facility (ECRWTF). 

CDM – SFWMD. Feasibility of Reclaimed Water for Augmentation of Water Supplies and Enhancement of Natural Systems in the Lower East Coast Water Supply Planning Area

Participated in data Collection for Evaluation of Feasibility of Reclaimed Water for Augmentation of Water Supplies and Natural Systems under the Current Regulatory Framework. 

CDM – SFWMD Alternative Water Resources Feasibility Study

Participated in the preparation of report for Reclaimed Water, Tertiary Treatment of Secondary Effluent at existing Waste Water Treatment Plants and Ocean Outfalls, and Reclaimed Water, Satellite Production Facilities (i.e., Membrane BioReactors) for Sunrise, Fort Lauderdale and Miami-Dade County. 

SFWMD – Revision of SFWMD CAD Standard Guidelines Plans

Responsible for the drawing coordination and for the quality control.

INGEVAL LTDA (Colombia)                                          

As Project Manager he was responsible for engineering, environment and appraisal studies, designs and inspection of: water and sewer systems, roads, cadastral studies and of the appraisement, urban zoning and territorial planning, construction of a five stories building, and consulting the construction of a hospital. Headed the design and construction program of the first nine centers of cellular telephones in the Eastern Region of Colombia.

Project Manager of the whole Water Municipal System (Supply, Storage, Treatment and Distribution). Due the success was awarded as “Meritorious Citizenship” of the Town. 

FFDU-Financial Fund of Urban Development (Bogota and Bucaramanga, Colombia)

As Project Supervisor and later as Regional Coordinator, he was responsible for identifying, assisting, negotiating, supervising, and managing major public projects in Colombia. His duties included preparing and conducting technical, economical and financial project evaluations.

He was responsible for the countrywide supervision of bidding and construction of projects financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
